no, the files you downloaded and are now saved on your comptuer are either .shn or .flac. you can't 'save as .wav' i don't think. there might be a right click option for you to do that when the files are on your comptuer. but a for sure way to deal with them is to decode them to wav with a decoder. Google for mkwACT 0.97 if they are .shn files or 'flac frontend' if they are .flac files. those will decode to the format you want (.wav). there is another program that decodes directly to whatever you want, but i don't know the name of it.
